Heatlink isn't connecting to brand new thermostat

Hello,

I bought a brand new Nest thermostat V3 during Black Friday. I have installed the heatlink and Nest according to the instructions. My OpenTherm is blinking in the correct frequency and is connected to the heatlink.

However, my problem is that my thermostat won't make a wireless connection with the heatlink. I have tried to reset the heatlink and restart the thermostat. I pulled out the thermostat and moved it next to the heatlink, but it still won't connect.
If i reset the heatlink, it gives me a blue light. after a while it changes to green, but the thermostat is still not connected.

What can I do?

Hi there and thanks for reaching our Community. I'm sorry to hear about your issue, but I'll do my best to help you out. To begin with, please ensure that the Equipment settings are set to OpenTherm not On/Off, and/or change settings accordingly. You can do that in Settings -> Equipment -> Pro Setup.
