Nest Thermostat Wifi stopped working

Hi. I was trying to turn on the heat first time this year and my thermostat (Gen 3 Nest Learning) was offline. I checked it and it said "No Internet" and was not connected to Wifi. Tried all the suggestions here https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9243422 without any success. It's connected to power from a Heat Link, but no matter what I do it does not show any network at all. The router is practically next to it. It does not give any other error indication. Is there anything else to try or could it be a hardware failure?

Hi there, thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about this, but I'll be more than happy to assist you. Could you please access Settings > Tech Info > Power and let me know the Battery, VIN and VUSB values? Also when you access Settings > Network, what message you see?

I have already gotten in contact with the support team and it appears that my thermostat is indeed broken and will be replaced.
