Heatlink not powering up

Hi , my heatlink is not connecting to the thermostat. I have tried to reset it but it has no light at all . Seems there is no power to it. It has worked perfectly last winter and for the previous 2 years . It is a generation 3

Seems like your heat link device is defective. 🙄

The best thing you can do is reach out to Google Nest support.
