Heatlink not working - no upstairs heating

We have 2 thermostat (upstairs and downstairs) and 3 valves. (upstairs, downstairs and hot water)

Upstairs thermostat was found to have switched off. Removed it from the wall and got a H72 error message. Checked the heatlink and there are no led lights on it. Check power and there are no issues. Switched off fuse and switched back on and no change. We have had the unit for 2 years and there have been no changes or work done in that time. Downstairs heatlink and thermostat working with no issues.  No recent power outages. Can we get a replacement unit?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your heat link.
As you already tried power cycling the heat link I believe it is defective. 🙄

But could you please try a factory reset of the device?
If this does not work try contacting Nest support.

I already tried to reset but this did not work. What is the response time from nest support? We have no heat upstairs until this is resolved

I had similar issues; you can chat with support if you want.
They will follow up on your issues. They acted quickly with my problems (also heat link).
