hi have a 2 zone heating system ,and about to have the 3rd gen thermostat fitted with a heat link that came in the box , my sparkie took a look and said you have a thermostat upstairs and downstairs at the moment ,but when you fit this you may only be able to control your heating as a one zone system as you only have one heat link ,is that right neither of us has used a Nest before so dont know what the display / app will tell us about 2 zone control ,if I need another heat link where can I find one ,have checked around online ,and no stores are selling then on their own as far as I can see . thanks for any help and advice

Hi @Lee-P. If you have a zoned system, each zone will need its own thermostat. Each Nest thermostat will need its own Heat Link, which is included in the box with Nest thermostats in Europe. You can check this link to see how the Nest thermostat works with zoned systems: https://goo.gle/3NdPoee. As for the Heat Link, we don't have them for sale separately, only as a full kit with the thermostat. You can check with other retailers to see if any of them may have, but we can't recommend any
