My heatlink is no longer working, had the power checked by an electrician and power going in, lower going out, the USB powers it up but can't switch the heating on.
It seems to be a recurring issue on this forum, not the best when these systems are so expensive and now I have no heating.
How can I speak to someone to get the heatlink replaced? I also have a complaint about the installation by your home serve engineer who fitted it right next to the boiler (not the distance recommended).
