My thermostat was not working and so I contacted an electrician to come and have a look at it as i thought it must be something to do with the wiring. Turns out the heat link is actually where the fault lays! Input power was fine but output was giving now power!!!!!
I have submitted a warranty claim but i know how long these things can take to resolve and I just want some bloody heating!!!! It is under a year old!!!!!
Please can someone help, how do i get a replacement ASAP?
Thanks

Hi @Liv thanks for reaching out to us here. I am sorry to hear you are facing this behavior from your device.
Did you submit the claim with our colleagues over the phone or chat line? If so it would be best to get in touch with them again.
I would also be happy to try and assist you further. To do that we need to check a few things.
It is great to hear you already got someone to look at it. If you or the electrician did not try already, try and power cycle the Heat Link. Turn off the power to it for a few minutes, turn it back on after and see if the Heat Link has any reaction when you press the button on it after.
Best regards,
AlexD
