Heatlink won’t connect

Does anyone ever call back after leaving requests?
( they’ve called me once, I kept pressing 1 as requested, but it doesn’t register. So they hang up)

Where are you located and what's wrong with your Heat Link?

It just won’t connect. Switch it off, comes back on yellow. Tried everything possible. Switched on / off multiple times. Nothing

I am assuming you have a 3rd generation thermostat, correct? Any doubt then upload a picture on here.

3rd Generation, should be an easy fix if that's what you have.

You say that you have tried everything, can you tell me what for example, as I don't want to cover parts that you have done.

Do you see any errors on the display? For example H71 for example?
