Help determining compatibility

Can anyone let me know if this setup would be compatible with any Nest Thermostat?

Thanks for the photos and sorry for the delay. 

Based on the wires on the photo you provided, it is best that you get a  local pro assistance as you have both an O wire and a B wire. You may also check on our online Compatibility Checker for more information.
