Help needed on Thermostat Compability

Need your help to check if my thermostat is compatible with Google Nest.

It has W2,G,O,Y,W,B,R labels

Thanks for posting here in the Community. Based on the photos of the wires from your current thermostat, this is a heat pump system. This should be compatible with the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen with the 2nd stage heating black wire.
The Correct wiring configuration for that is:
 

1. Yellow wire on Y1
2. Red wire on RC or RH
3. Blue wire on C
4. Green wire on G
5. Orange wire on O/B
6. White wire on W1
7. Black wire on W2
