Unable to connect to nest thermostat my Phone # changed and can’t get in help please. I am not at my home to reset the thermostat. Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no way to recover access to your Nest account in that case. You will need to be physically with the thermostat to reset it and set it up again using a new account.
