Help wirring up the Nest Learning Thermostat

Hi,

I am trying to see if my current central unit is compatible with the Learning Thermostat.

My system currently has W1\Y bridged together and W2\E bridged together.

Here is the full list of what wires are currently there:
G, C, R, W1/Y, W2/E, and 0

Can anyone tell me if this will work and explain to be where these wires need to be hooked up at if it can work?
