I am replacing 2 thermostat 1st floor and 2nd floor which controls each area. Installed the learning thermostat with no issue on 1st floor. Setup 2nd floor and thermostat could not be found and when trying to pair it showed thermostat rather than learning thermostat.
wiring to the old thermostat seems the same compared to the 1st floor. Is there something I’m missing?
