Hi all
Recently got a Nest learning thermostat (yesterday) and I’m confused on whether I’m using it properly.
With a traditional thermostat I’d set the temp I want, and the time for the boiler to come on and off, and that’d be it done. As I understand, unless you’re out the house the Nest never really turns the boiler off.
So my question is - say I set my schedule for 18C at 6am - what happens after that? It stays at 18 all day, or I need to keep fiddling with it all day to make sure the temp is set to lower than the ambient temp so the boiler isn’t on 24/7?
Thanks!

Sorry and also to add to this. The internal temperature reading is wildly off.
it’s getting colder and colder and the internal temp is going up. Nowhere near a heat source or any drafts. How can I fix this?
