My NEST thermostat has been working now for more then 6 years without problems and suddenly it stopped to connect to the HEAT Link (H1) .
1. I pressed the HetLink for 30 sec onds to reset it to the factory settings it started do blink amber and green, then I tried to reconnect my thermostat to the HL but no success. 😞
2. Then I tried to remove and then to reconect my old HL with the thermostats by choosing a pairing corresponding code , but this try was also without success.
3. During my paring my thermostat was 30 cm far away from the link, therefore not possibility for interference !
Please advise what Else i can try . Maybe HeatLink stopped working properly ? ?
