Hey everyone,
I cannot access my thermostat to add it to my Nest App because It's locked and I don't remember the pin. I keep seeing a link to reset it and have someone from Google reach out to me via "chat", but have yet to have that work.
My thermostat does show up when I plug it into my computer.
