Holding features oom the g00glle home app

Last night our heat went off, one the new installed model 1.xxxx nest thermostat. Found hold features, and became confused.. It displayed a time that it stopped heating.. I want no. set time.. I want  continuous heat. I do not want the heat to shut off. I want the home to remain at a constant selected temperature.. How do I do that??

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

The Google Nest Thermostat introduces different ways to manage temperature control for your home. When you set your Nest Thermostat to hold the temperature, it will maintain that specific temperature for as long as you want.
