Home/Away Assist not working

Sorry I've had to start yet another thread but someone has disabled the the REPLY function. How very Google. So to answer @Crowey yes, my location services is set. Everything is set correctly and is still not working. It will randomly change to Home or Away but remain in Eco or Heat.
