Up until about a week or so ago my Home Away Assist worked like it’s supposed to. Now it won’t change to Away when I leave my home for the day. I have to manually switch the thermostat to Eco. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app- no help. My settings are on phone location but even when I’m home and we’re sleeping the stupid thermostat goes into Eco mode!!
None of the troubleshooting help on here works - it’s useless!!! Google support doesn’t care! I hate this product now!! I’m so over issues with this app!! 😡 During the hottest weather we’ve had this stupid product is supposed to help save you money by not wasting energy when you’re not home but now it doesn’t even work!! So frustrated!! 😡
