Hi, I have just been sent a replacement Nest Pro thermostat and now the hot water appear to be on all the time. Even when i disable the schedule and put the home to away. I have not changed any wiring from the old thermostat. Can someone please help?

Are you in the UK?
Check the bacteria setting and turn off in equipment. Should that work then read up about the setting and reinstate the setting when you understand it.
