Hot water schedule not being followed

Hi. My heating is working fine. Hot water boost is fine but often the hot water is not coming on when scheduled. Thermostat and app both show hot water as off. 😕

I use an immersion heater over night but issues mostly occur in the evening.

Have tried most of the suggestions for similar issues, reset etc.

Any more ideas out there?

OK understood. First thing, turning the H/L of on does nothing at all. 

You say enabling and disabling sometimes works, I think your best option is a full factory reset to clear out the gremlins. From your update things sound as though everything is switching correctly, it’s just the software probably confused. 

There are dozens of correct ways to reset your thermostat on here, have a search and that will help you. I have covered this many many times, so have a search and that will help.

What have your reset and how?

 

Have you checked the schedule is not disabled in the settings?

Hi. I have reset the schedule via app and hardware, heatlink by turning off and on and thermostat by holding ring. Schedule is active but disabling and enabling does sometimes result in hot water turning on.
