I have recently had the Nest thermostat installed in my home to replace my old 'Cosy' smart thermostat. A couple of things that I have noticed appear to be missing is the ability to boost the hot water via an Alexa voice prompt. Also the ability to set hot water timer to less than 30 minutes, either on the scheduler or via the boost method. Funny how you do not miss something until it is no longer there. Both of these options were available on my previous smart thermometer. Are there any plans to add this function please?

Hi Xjacko,
Thanks for posting and sorry for the delay ― let's get this sorted out.
A few questions: what Nest Thermostat do you have? Check this link to know what thermostat you have. Which country are you posting from?
Best,
Mel

We have the same issue that one day the hot water just disappeared from our Nest Thermostat and app. No more boost function, but yet there is a clock dial next to eco on the boiler itself?

Hi @Lucycdoyle! Could you please tell me if you have a sort of programmer/timer on the boiler?
