Temp settings don't work

Fan inside the furnace turn on randomly

I just installed the Nest learning 2 days ago. It is working fine but the only thing is the fan in the furnace turn on and off randomly without running the AC. I have the C wire connect to the Nest. Here is my old vs new wire. Please advise

Nest changes itself.

When I set the temp on my Nest to 77, I'm happy with the indoor temp, especially at night. But my Nest keeps lowering itself down to 74 and kicking the A/C on for no reason. And it happens at night when the temps are dropping. Why????

Compatability

I started the process diy and I dont think its compatible. Maybe I need a C wire and the HVAC companies I called to help have dismissed me. I have attached pictures for reference

deleting the nest factory cooling eco temp setting
