House and arrow symbol on thermostat

My E thermostat has house and arrow symbol.

When i press for 10 seconds plus, the Google 'G' sign appears for a short time then it goes back to the house/arrow sign. I bought it two years ago. I have 2, and this one that has this problem is on the first floor (where kids bedroom is). The one in the living / kitchen on the ground floor works ok. Please advise

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.

I have re linked the devise by resetting the devise and the reviver. All works
