House not cooling down inside, fan is blowing outside

Hello,

My Nest says cooling in 2+ HR now.  Cooling has not happened inside the house all day. The fan is blowing outside. I've reset the system. Not getting any errors. Any thoughts?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay. Please share with us your Nest Thermostat's power readout. Also, check your thermostat's Energy History. It might help you see what your thermostat was doing previously.

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

1. Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
2. Select the Device Information.
3. Choose Technical Information.
