Thanks for reaching out here in the community.
Could you tell us more details on the temperature reading of your thermostat? Where is it located/installed? Is there an electronic device near it?
Also, you could try to restart your Nest thermostat and refresh its connection to your network as we don't have any option to calibrate its sensors yet. Check out this link for more information on why your thermostat may show a temperature differences.
