How can you talk to a live person?

Can someone please tell me how I can talk to a live person. It just keeps redirecting me to things that are not helpful and I need help. I don’t understand how you can spend money on something and that product does not give you an outlet or tool to be able to communicate with somebody who’s alive person

Try this link: Contact Us - Google Nest Help  

You will need to fill out the info but when you get to the bottom there should be options for contact. This will depend on your region/timezone.

When you're using the "Contact Us" link (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) and you get to the "Resources" page, don't select any of the Help suggestions; just click on "Next step" to get to the page with contact options.

Thank you, that is what I keep doing and it keeps rerouting me back to that same page. Or it tells me to ask the community. I’ve never had a company that makes money off of people not have a support network or depend on other people to do their job. Still looking for a number to speak to a live person. Everything I’ve researched was not valid or active. Most ridiculous mega corporation ever!!!

I just tried the "Contact us" link again.

On the first page, I selected "Thermostats" and typed in what I wanted help with, and clicked "Next".

On the "What can we help with" page I selected "Other" and clicked "Next step".

On the "Resources" page, I clicked on "Next step" without selecting anything else.

That gave me the "Contact Us" page, with options to get a call in less than 1 minute, chat with less than a 1 minute wait, or Facebook.

 

Google Nest does not list any Support numbers.
