From what I see online, this is a serious issue for the Google Nest Customer Support team. I do not appreciate being hung up on by your representative. I was asking a question but felt shamed for canceling the Nest Rewards program. I imagine if you research you'll find this is a pattern of behavior. Furthermore, why are you making it so difficult to unenroll in the Nest Rewards program? It's very creepy and comes across as controlling.
