well it looks like you don't have a c wire which may cause some problems with your nest. but the nest will still work but will limit alot of features. That c cable with your R cable gives it 24v to the nest so it can stay charge

Yes, your current thermostat is compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.

I would suggest wiring it like this.

White - W1 to W2/AUX or W

Green - G to G

Orange - O to OB or */OB

Black - B to C

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

Red to Rc or R - jumper to RC not needed

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat
