Would like to set my temperature at 75 degrees at all times it keeps jumping to 70 degrees on its own. How do I stop it?

Hey Alicia,

I wanted to reach out and see if I could be of some help. Having your device change the temp on its own could be due to a couple of reasons. Let's see if we can isolate the issue. Do you mind me asking what type of thermostat you own? There is a chance your device may be running off a schedule. You can follow the article here, and it will provide more details on schedule feature and how to disable that.  Depending on which thermostat you own, you can also use a temp hold. You can follow this article to learn more about that. Please let me know if this helps.
