How do I setup my account to my nest. My husband is deceased and just recently it was required.

We're sorry to hear of your husband's passing. We're happy to help in any way we can, so let's see how we can get you access to your thermostat.

I would suggest performing a factory reset to wipe all personal data from the device (make sure you write down all temperature preferences/schedules) and to do a fresh install, which would allow for your device to be paired to your phone. However, if you still don't have access, we'll have to take a different approach to troubleshooting.
