How can I adjust the hysteresis band on my Nest learning thermostat? Our room alternates between being too hot before the Nest switches the heater off & being too cold before it switches it back on again. (Just the opposite during summer). It has had many months to learn the characteristics of my house. I even tried it in "learning off" mode to no avail. As it is, everybody is uncomfortable most of the time. There is no point in claiming it makes the system more efficient if it doesn't fulfill its primary purpose of keeping the house comfortable. The only work around that I have found is to increase the set point until the coolest temperature is tolerable, but this wastes energy anyway! Google said that they would incorporate this feature over a year ago but I still can't find it. PLEASE MAKE HYSTERESIS BAND USER SETABLE!
