How do you add family members to the nest thermostat

How do you add members to the nest thermostat as every time I try I get someone else’s email that is not a family member?

I am having the same issue.  Added my spouse through Google Home App.  They are now a "manager" as am I in Google Home App.  They can't see any of the cameras or thermostats in nest.  It's just a screen that says "HOME"

Same issue here. When I try to add my wife in the Nest app, it sends me to Google Home. I have since added her to Google Home, but cannot see the Nest thermostat in Home, and the recommended route to add it - the Works with Google list - no longer shoes Nest as an option

I have the same issue as all you can't seem to get my wife to have access to the thermostat.  My screen just says "HOME" too.
