How to add my thermostat backto my account and app

Master bedroom thermostat kept disconnecting. I did the trouble shooting. So many times with no success. I reset it, and Uninstaller according to the last troubleshooting  instruction. Now I can't connect to wifi, add it back to the nest app or home app. I need to have someone walk me through  it.
