Does anyone know how to raise a formal complaint and a SAR? I've had no heating for 9 days now due to a Heat link failure, I've been on 6 times for a total of 5+ hours and NOTHING has progressed at all. I keep getting told its being escalated and someone will get back to me and they never do. I've asked the last three agents I've spoken with how to raise a formal complaint and a SAR and they all say they cant do that and one stopped answering when i asked again then ended the call when I asked 10 minutes later.
This is, by far, the worst customer service I have ever experienced and it seems built not to accept any real feedback or comply with the law.
