Nest thermostat

I have been accessing my nest thermostat from my phone for years now all of a sudden it just shows home or away anyone having the same problem

Yikes! Could you check if you are logged in to the account where the thermostats are connected? If not, log out of the app, then sign in by clicking the option Sign in with Nest.
