How to set up use of the heat pump

My new google thermostat dose not turn on the heat pump

Hello,

To start with, here is some information gathering and things to check:

• Is this a new installation?
• Do you know which thermostat do you have?
• Double check the wire connections to make sure they are correct. Compare image of old thermostat to Nest thermostat. Reply with pictures if you can.
• Check to make sure fuel source and heating type are configured correctly on the thermostat.
