How to wire a Nest with these wires?

Any ideas on how to wire a 3rd gen Nest with these wires? We just moved into a new house and we have a forced air furnace in the attic and an AC outside. Pretty sure we don't have a heat pump, but there is an O wire. Thoughts?

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I'll be more than glad to help you with the installation of your thermostat. I checked the picture you provided, and I can see that you have a heat pump with 2 or 3 stages of heating. 

The correct way to install the thermostat is by following the labels on your current thermostat:

Brown > W2

Orange > O/B

Black > C

Green > G

White > W1

Yellow > Y1 

Red > RH
