How to wire our Nest Learning Themostat 3rd gen

We have a Heil forced air heating system and a separate air conditioning system. Below is a pic of the wiring of our current thermostat. Any suggestions about how to wire the Nest? Thanks.

Spoke to Google Nest support and were told we need to insert a relay between the "B" and "O" wires so that we can insert one wire into the O/B terminal of the Nest thermostat. Any specifics on how to do this? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with wiring your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. If possible, could you check the control board of your HVAC and check the label of the terminal where the blue wire is connected? Also, what is the model of your Honeywell thermosstat?

We gave up and returned the Nest thermostat.
