Eversince I installed this 4th generation nest thermostat the humidity readings are 10 points higher than my 3 independent RH monitors throughout the house. I have restarted the thermostat twice, reset to factory specs, changed the batteries, called customer service and she suggested to block the hole in the wall that the thermostat wire comes through. Nothing works, anybody got any ideas?

Sorry for the late reply, don't usually use Gmail . My email address I use regularly is # , I got tired of waiting for your reply so earlier in March I requested a replacement thermostat and later that month I sent you back my old one. The humidity readings seem to be more in line with the RH gauge now, thank you.
