I don’t have a thermostat on phone so I can change my temperature from home.

@Buddiane1, thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry for the delay. I'd like to know more about it: is your Nest Thermostat previously connected to the app? What type of thermostat do you have? Please check the link provided above. Are you pertaining to the thermostat that automatically shows Away when no one's home? Are you trying to change it from Away to Home to run your system?
