I have 4 wires to connect my nest thermostat

I have several nest learning thermostats in my house. All work great. Then I replace one with the regular thermostat. Nothing but trouble. It has 4 wires - 1 Red, 1 Green, 1 White and one Blue. How do I connect this? currently the Blue wire is connected to the Y terminal, The White wire is connected to the W terminal, the Green wire is connected to the G terminal and the Red wire is connected to the R terminal. However when I look at the device wiring in the app it has the wires connected to the Y, C, G and R terminals. The heat is not even selectable on this thermostat as it is currently setup. Please help. The house is cold.
