Replacing White and Rodgers 1F80-361 with Nest-E

Hello,

My existing White and Rodgers thermostat (model 1F80-361) has this wiring (photo attached).  Can I replace it with Nest-E?

It looks like you have O, B, and C terminals, which are not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.

You can double-check the control board in the furnace/air handler and verify if the O and B wires are in fact connected to the O and B terminals there.
