I tried to pull up my Nest app on my iPad yesterday, and it asked me to sign in. That never happens. When I did it only showed one of my thermostats, and not even the actual thermostat, just an indication that I had a device labeled cabin Balsam Lake , WI. I could not actually see the thermostat or control it. I also have another thermostat at a home in Tucson, Az that should show up, and that disappeared altogether. I hit the “add home” button, and it seems now to indicate a device in Tucson, but again, I cannot actually see the device or control it! My husband is on the account, has an app on his phone, and that one still works! I have an old iPad, and it still works on that one, too! My iPhone and a new IPad I have do not work. The iPhone is several years old and has been working all that time. The iPad is relatively new, but the app has been working on it for several months! I have uninstalled the app and re-installed it and it still doesn’t work. How do I fix it?? I am not very tech savvy, so your answer will have to be specific and include how-to details in order to be of much help to me!! Thanks for any help you can give me!
