Hello User 7007047860859713927,

Sorry to hear you're having issues adjusting the temperature on your thermostat! That's frustrating to have your device stuck. Let's work together on this.

Are you able to set them at all through the Google Home app, the Nest app, or the thermostat? If you're unable to, here is our guide to set Safety Temperatures for either the device/app that might allow a different way to adjust the Safety Temperatures.

If this is not the case, can you describe this issue in more detail? Is this your first time trying to set up Safety Temperatures? Are there any error messages you're receiving on the apps or the device itself? What steps were you following in order to set the Safety Temperatures, and which troubleshooting measures have you tried before?

I look forward to your response. We're happy to help!

My Nest unit only allows the safety temperature to go as high as 45. Is there a way to go higher?
