Worst customer service I've experienced in YEARS- and that saying something!
I don't believe for 1 second a company like google needs multiple DAYS to have a human cancel this service.
I made the mistake of installing Nest thermostats at a aging parents place and now i cant unenroll.... "watch your email 24/48 hours for a specialist." Aging/ill parent just had their AC cranked to 77 degrees because Nest wont make this a feature we can turn off permanently within the app. Customer service - useless- first tells me "Oh, I will be happy to resolve this issue for you today (obviously cut/paste) then proceeds to tell me 24/48 hours... and has the nerve to ask, "I hope you found this helpful, is there anything else i can help you with"
