I need help with my nest app and entry key

My nest app quit working and is asking for an entry key. When I try to get one, it’s says it registered to an account. What can I do?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What type of Nest thermostat do you have? Did you reset your thermostat to its default settings before setting it up? If not, please reset it so you'll be able to properly set it up. Check out this link on how to Restart or reset a Nest thermostat.
