I need some advise about thermostat

I just recently install a new pro nest thermostat and it only blow out cool air for heat

Well let’s start at the beginning.  The old thermostat you took a picture of, please post it here. Based on your findings, it sounds like you might have a Heat Pump.  Also, post a picture of the Nest backplate showing the wires you have attached.
