I need to find an LDFI?

I need and LDFI (40 characters) to connect to xcel energy smart metering.  Where do I find that for my NEST thermostat?

I have a Nest Learning Thermostat, 3rd Generation.  According to Xcel, the LDFI is a 40 digit number.  But they say to find it, contact the manufacturer.  I can't find a definition for LDFI>
