I’ve tried fixing them, many times, and it still doesn’t work…

My Nest thermostat has stopped, with a blank screen. The Nest App says ”Your thermostat can’t connect to Wi-Fi because it isn’t getting power “. My router works fine for all the other devices, and I can’t see any way to restart the thermostat. . Can anyone help🤨?
